At Prewornwholesale, we strive for full satisfaction with every bulk order; however, if you receive items that do not meet our quality grading standards, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all wholesale tags remain attached and the items are in the original condition as received.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our wholesale support team via email with your order number and clear photos of any defective or misgraded items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original shipping boxes or similar durable packaging, ensuring the RMA form is included inside to prevent any processing delays.
Ship the Goods
Send your return package using a tracked courier service to our central warehouse facility; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the items are proven faulty.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the returned stock against your claim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
